Riff Raff's to Relaunch, Opening October 13

This Saturday, Riff Raff's (located next to the Hurricane Club) is scheduled to close down - but fans of drinking out of a pink flamingo shouldn't get too upset. According to the announcement, the venue will "double down" and reopen on October 13. Not sure what exactly is in store for Riff Raff's 2.0, but they said that they will be back "bigger and better than ever," which seems to indicate that an expansion is in store. Neighboring Hurricane Club is HUGE, and we're sure that they could spare some space in their dining room for more club seating - hmmmmm...if we were a betting Barfly, we'd say expect more club and less restaurant.

Also, Hurricane has been catering to a more late-night crowd of late, with deals on tiki drinks and menu specials past normal dinner hours. We'll certainly be dropping by on October 13 to see what Riff's has in store.
