You've had a great meal at Philadelphia's Alla Spina, but you can't walk back into the kitchen and hug your chefs - that would just be weird. This beer-centric eatery is giving you the chance to do something even better: get those line cooks drunk. Inspired by Chicago's The Publican (which also serves plenty of interesting animal parts), the resto has a way to say thanks printed right on the menu. You can buy the kitchen a six-pack for $10. Now it seems like a gimmick, but the waitress confirmed that the folks on the line really do get to drink those beers. Judging by the reaction of the diners in the house, those chefs got really, really drunk at the end of their shifts.
