Bar Rescue Gets Renewed by Spike TV

We’ve always been a fan of Bar Rescue, a show in Spike TV where nightlife consultant Jon Taffer goes in to failing bars and gives them a chance to turn things around. The show is currently in its second season, and we’ve learned that the network has just picked it up for a third go-round. There will be 20 episodes in the new season, which will debut in early 2013. The current season is airing on Spike – if you haven’t watched it, it’s like the liquid version of Kitchen Nightmares. Taffer isn’t known for beating around the bush, and when he tells it like it is, it’s definitely worth tuning in.
