The bar scene at Pampano over in Midtown East is heating up with the recent launch of Pampano Botaneria, a new street-level bar and lounge that is scheduled to debut on January 24. When it launches, the bar will dish out a menu of Coastal Mexican small plates, which can be enjoyed with some tequila. And by “some,” we mean a shitload. There are over 100 tequilas and mezcals on offer, pretty sweet. There’s also a happy hour from Monday through Saturday – you can score $5 Botanas or $6 Sangrias along with some Latin cocktails. When this new drink den opens, we surely know where we’re headed.
