The Ghost Hunters would have a field day with this new Brooklyn watering hole, and not just because all the cheap gin and tonics would lead to a “warm feeling” across their faces. This cavernous space used to be a coffin factory. Come on, it’s not that skeevy. While they loaded the coffins onto a truck through the big door in the back, the bodies weren’t placed inside until at least a few days later.
The renovation of the space leaves little evidence of the spot’s former life. Now, you’ll find a sizable new wooden bar with over a dozen beers on tap. The room is decked out with recycled materials, which is good, because surely all of that stuff shouldn’t be buried in a landfill (get it!?).
Live music is also on offer in the back of the space. Don’t stay out too late rockin to the shows, or else you’ll feel like death the next day.
Pine Box Rock Shop is located at 12 Grattan Street. Just look for the Ghost Hunter van – they’re such a bunch of lushes!

Be confident which you have by no means had any regrets within your lifestyle which only lasts for any handful of decades. Chuckle or cry as you like, and it is meaningless to oppress your self.
