The derelicts over at Le Poisson Rouge always know how to throw a good party, and we doubt that New Year’s Eve is any exception. It’s a pretty good deal too. $75 will get you the open bar from 9 PM – 3 AM. If you want a seat, you can have a reserved spot for $135. You don’t want to ring in the New Year standing up, now do you?
They promise a soon to be announced live act with all the other typical hoopla (champagne at Midnight, party favors, etc). We’re guessing a lot of the out of control New Year’s Eve element (think MTV’s Jersey Shore) wouldn’t choose to head here for their New Year’s bash. This makes it an attractive option for city folk looking to have the most civilized night out possible. Unless, that is, you’re a city folk who likes watching things like this (punchy punchy).
