The restaurant, which is associated with The French Culinary institute, has partnered with The Brandy Library to present their first annual Whiskey Dinner. The event is on November 18th, and will feature a 6 course tasting menu. Each course will be paired with a Scotch.
These librarians of brown spirits surely know their stuff. You can expect drams from distilleries like Glenfiddich and Ardmore.
